Voiceflex Partners with Genband

Voiceflex has chosen GENBAND’s Nuvia UC hosted telephony application.

We have been actively looking for a UC hosted application since the beginning of the year, during that time we have taken our time to evaluate all the options available. GENBAND was head and shoulders above the others, not only from a technology perspective, but as importantly from an engagement and commercial viewpoint.

GENBAND’s Nuvia application has track record in the market and they know how to build mission-critical communications.  While it's imperative for us to offer value-added business services like WebRTC and collaboration, we can't sacrifice performance for features.  The application has been built from decades of experience delivering carrier-grade exchanges worldwide. Engagements from quoting, to ordering to delivery needs to be slick, GENBAND, as you would expect is world-class.

GENBAND’s Nuvia UCaaS (Unified Communications as a Service), backed by its carrier-grade technology, helps businesses of any size cost-effectively replace legacy assets with business-class, cloud-based unified communications solutions that deliver on today’s and tomorrow’s communications needs. Combined with Voiceflex’s 10 years’ experience delivering only cloud based solutions will enable us to continue to deliver the best value-added services to the channel.

Commercials and ethics will continue to be a high priority within the channel; Voiceflex, commercials and bundle offering have been designed to be aggressive within the fast moving hosted market. GENBAND’s route to market with NUVIA is simple, only available to service providers. Voiceflex route to market will not change, Voiceflex is channel only we don’t and won’t sell direct.

Paul Taylor Voiceflex Sales & Marketing Director commented, “I am delighted to have GENBAND on board. When we started looking at a potential hosted provider we set our expectations high and we did see some great products. However, the GENBAND package was head and shoulders above the others.”
